"He's right behind you! ...OH, such serious facessss!"

Last night we took a little (hrumph, yeah, little) Jack the Ripper walk. Our guide was the world's leading expert on the Jack the Ripper case and novelist on the same subject.

(Part of the London wall, almost 2,000 years old.)

(Tower of London during sunset.)

(Expert guy)

(One of the oldest buildings in London, built just after the great fire in the late 1600's.)

He took us around to each of the murder sites, where the women were butchered.

(Jared and I smiling at the spot where Catherine Eddows was found hacked to death.)

(This is the original pub where the 5 prostitutes and victims of Jack the Ripper hung out at...where, allegedly, Jack himself, probably hung around..OOoooOOOoooOOOoo)

(Where this staircase is, an alley used to be, and in the alley was a little apartment where Jack the Ripper's last victim, Mary Kelley, was found - butchered to pieces.)

We also bought his book, which he autographed, and it contains horrific pictures of the women's murdered bodies.
Now, on to Stonehenge!

See you later tonight!

Jan & Jared
